Fuji Shibazakura Festival
The spring event, 800 thousand shares seven types of Shiba-Sakura are blooming on the vast site of the foot of Mount Fuji. It is located away from Lake Kawaguchiko, but the address of the venue is Fuji-Kawaguchiko town(Motosu).
During the event, “the Shiba-Sakura liner", which is a special route bus from Kawaguchiko Station, departs every about 30 minutes. Usually, it takes about 30 minutes to go to the venue if it’s vacant, but it can take two hours on weekends and Japanese Golden Week(End of April to Early May). The bus fare from Kawaguchiko station is 2000 yen (child 1,000 yen) for the entrance ticket set.
There is also a “Panorama Café" where you can enjoy the cherry blossom sweets, and the “Mt.Fuji Delicious Food Festival", a gourmet gathering around Mt.Fuji.

Parking fee: Standard vehicle 500yen – 1,000yen
Every year, It is a state that there is hardly flowering of the Shiba-Sakura for several days from the start. Also, it is gradually scattered from the Japanese Golden Week(Picture of this page is taken to May10). Therefore, admission fee may be free due to flowering conditions.
