Tenjoyama Gokoku shrine

In May, 1906, a loyal soul monument was erected for the memorial service of seven people killed in action of Sino-Japanese, the Russo-Japanese War. In September, 1949, a main shrine was built, and 151 people killed in action of China incident, and the Greater East Asia War were enshrined together. The worship hall was built in 1958 and rebuilt in May, 1995 and continues up to today.

It is on the hiking course of the cluster of the hydrangea. These hydrangeas were planted in 1991 by volunteers of the Funatsu district.
